has anyone else not received a code for the downloads from the 12"?
i opened mine today to find a card instructing me to enter a code, only no code is printed on the card.

I got a code alright, but it seems, without warning or notification, that the download isn't available in Australia?

What. On. Earth. Is with that? I've never heard of a download being restricted to certain parts of the world before, and ignoring a major market, where the album debuted at number 9, seems really odd.

Sorry to hear about your lack of code. I hope they can contact you and sort it out.

It's enough to make you want to download illegally.

Unbelievable! I bought the LP in Piccadilly Records in Manchester - I've entered the code which was inserted on a slip of paper in the album, only to be told my code isn't valid in this country! Can someone please explain what is going on?

It will be a pity to download it by an "other" way.

Seems like www.portisheaddownload.com no longer exists or is off for maintenance.

I wonder if this means we'll be getting an apology and an alternative download option or if the band/label are leaving fans high and dry.

Doesn't seem like the sort of thing they'd do. I wonder if they know.

This is terribly poor form. I don't understand why everything isn't just given a proper cd AND vinyl release. I'm not so fussed about downloads, but if you're going to provide them, do it properly. (I'm in Australia too.)

Perhaps even take a leaf out of Trent Reznor's book in regards to downloads. 

The download card has a type-o.  Do not go to www.portisheaddownload.com.  Go to portisheaddownload.com and it will work.  Loose the www in the beginning.  I downloaded mine successfully.

 This album is so thick and so much more complex then even their self-titled album.  It's really good progression but there is a bit of culture shock if you are expecting another "Dummy". 
 

Also no luck from Norway. I have the code but can't access the site to plunk it in. "Sorry, this page is not available in your country." So why didn't you mention that before you got me all excited? Poor t'is, I said, poor indeed.

My download didn't work either.  I am in the UK.  Tried leaving off www. as suggested, no luck.

My main point would be - why has nothing been done?

I also have issues with the quality of the pressing, which resembles a dirty rollercoaster.

It looks like a resounding success for major labels again.

I took my copy back, got another, which was the same and took that back.

I experienced the same problem over here in Germany. Bought the vinyl yesterday and cannot download the MP3. Is this a planned rup-off???
